This basement remodel is located in Willowsford, a community located in Ashburn and Aldie, Virginia. It has won numerous local and national awards. The finished project is an innovative design and quality craftsmanship. The basement remodel focus was all about entertaining, both inside and out. In addition to the basement remodel, we also built a large screened-in porch with fireplace.  Lastly, we added extensive hardscape areas for additional gathering places on the property.

We started by extending the client’s living space by adding a covered porch and outdoor patio area (complete with a custom outdoor kitchen). This significantly increased the homeowner’s enjoyment of their home. With the addition of an outdoor fireplace, this space can be enjoyed three seasons a year.

In the basement, we did a complete remodel. It included a custom bar, and multiple gathering places. It also involved adding a home office, remodeled bathroom, and personal gym.
