This Oakton, Virginia, remodel showcases a blend of functionality and style, tailored for homeowners who love to entertain. In the multipurpose laundry and pantry area, we focused on efficiency and aesthetics, incorporating ample storage and counter space, making it as beautiful as it is practical. It was designed to ensure that everything is within easy reach, making it an ideal space for preparing and serving during parties. It features bold, blue-patterned wallpaper, adding a pop of personality to the space. The farmhouse sink and custom cabinetry, consistent in style with the kitchen, provide a cohesive look throughout the home.

As part of the first-floor remodel, we relocated the home office by removing a load bearing wall, to create a new elegant office. The office was designed for productivity, featuring custom-built ins with shelving and plenty of natural light, creating a serene workspace.  This new floor plan allowed for a cozy lounge area to be created that led to a newly built screened in porch and deck, complete with a fireplace and recessed outdoor ceiling heaters, which now serves as a bright, airy extension of the living space, perfect for relaxation or hosting guests year-round. With these upgrades, the home now offers a harmonious blend of comfort, style, and entertainment-ready spaces.
