While we regularly get positive feedback from our clients on various online rating sites, we go one step further. To get an independent measure of how well we are doing, we recently retained the leading home remodeling homeowner satisfaction survey firm in the country, GuildQuality, to survey our clients. They began to contact our clients for whom we’ve completed projects and they asked them to rate us in a variety of categories and leave comments.
The reviews are coming in
The homeowners surveyed have been unanimous in giving us ratings of 100% satisfaction for professionalism, organization, communication, value, clean and safe work sites, problem resolution, and construction quality.
We are especially proud of our 100% rating for the “Likely To Recommend” survey question. Compare this to a national survey conducted for Qualified Remodeler magazine in which the national average for this category was only 62%. That means less than 2/3 of US homeowners surveyed who’ve done remodeling would recommend their contractor to a friend.
